November 2019 TWO PEOPLE have been sentenced after failing to control the risk of exposure to Legionella bacteria in the cooling tower at their business premises in Spring Hill, Birmingham. September 2019 Howard Barnes and Bill Thomas have stepped down from the LCA Management Committee making way for new committee members.
