Sweetbriar have been operating in the water hygiene industry since 17/09/2006 specialising in supplying water hygiene services to property management companies throughout the UK.

We are committed to supply only the services that we are registered for with the Legionella Control Association (LCA). These are: Legionella Risk Assessment Services for hot and cold water, Hot and Cold Water Monitoring, Inspection, Cleaning and Disinfection, along with Training Services and Legionella Analytical Services including Laboratory Analysis. 

We are committed to deliver all of these services to the legionella control association service standards and in accordance with the company procedures as approved by the Legionella Control Association. We will not supply any services that we are not registered for with the LCA. These include but are not limited to Plant, Equipment and Facilities Management Services.

1. Production of bespoke Legionella risk assessments of hot and cold water systems. Including Water Booster Sets.

2. Chlorination and disinfection services of water systems including storage facilities.

3. Hot and Cold water temperature monitoring and inspection including water storage facilities. Tasks outlined in HSG 274 table 2.1

4. Microbiological sampling through UKAS approved supplier.

5. Training services.

6. Booster set pump inspection, testing and reporting with associated vessel flush.
