Company Overview

RPS are an independent legionella consultancy, we provide independent verification that the legionella preventative schemes in place by our clients are being followed, and are in line with current legislation and guidance. RPS will only provide LCA registered services to clients. This includes legionella risk assessments, training, water sampling and reporting results and guidance, and independent consultancy.

All new clients are made aware of their legal obligations in relation to legionella legislation by RPS. This is detailed in all our standard quote proposal documents issued to new clients. In accepting our quote proposal the client is confirming their acceptance of these obligations, confirmation can be in the form of email, or issue of a PO. These documents are held by RPS within the client files. The quote proposal documents refer to applicable legislation and guidance, indicating how the work will assess the clients compliance with these documents where applicable:
